This document serves as a legally binding agreement between the jeetbuz platform and its users. By registering, accessing, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms set out here.

1.1 Scope of Terms

1.2 Language and Interpretation

The Bengali version of these terms is the authoritative text. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, jeetbuz's interpretation will be final, though that interpretation will be provided in good faith and on fair grounds.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and take part in any game or betting activity on jeetbuz, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account closure, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created under the same name, on the same device, or from the same network, all accounts will be closed. Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Incorrect or misleading details in your name, mobile number, or other identification information may cause problems during account verification and may result in withdrawals being held.

2.4 Account Responsibility

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and to withdraw the bonus funds you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• There may be restrictions on placing bets in certain games using bonus funds.
• jeetbuz reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, depositing through third parties, or using any other dishonest method will be considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Rejection

jeetbuz reserves the right to accept or reject any bet, particularly if a technical error, incorrect odds, or suspicious betting pattern is detected. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Technical Errors

jeetbuz reserves the right to void transactions where incorrect odds or game results were displayed due to a software or server error. If you encounter a technical issue, please contact support promptly.

6.3 Cricket Betting

For betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket tournaments, match results will be based on the official announcement by the governing body. If a match is abandoned or only partially completed, the relevant betting rules will apply.

6.4 Live Betting

Odds change quickly in live betting. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is accepted are considered final.

6.5 Casino Games

Casino games operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely fair and random results. The RTP information for each game is available on the game's info page.

The jeetbuz VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to higher tiers.

7.1 Weekly Cashback

Cashback at each VIP tier is based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total wins): Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.7%, Platinum up to 1.0%, and Diamond up to 1.2%.

For example: if a Gold member's net loss for a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

7.2 Tier Changes

VIP tier upgrades depend on a user's overall gaming activity. jeetbuz reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time, though existing members will be informed in advance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbuz platform. Involvement in any of them will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party.
• Attempting to access or hack the platform's software or systems.
• Using any dishonest method or group betting scheme to gain bonus benefits.
• Using automated software or bots to bet or play games.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to defraud or cheat other users.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward jeetbuz staff.

jeetbuz may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these terms and conditions.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Failure to provide required information during identity verification.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• As part of responsible gaming policy.

9.1 Funds in a Closed Account

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, legitimately earned funds will be returned to the user, and any pending bonuses will be cancelled. Funds in accounts under investigation may be held until the investigation is complete.

• Interruption to games or bets caused by internet connection or device issues.
• Errors in third-party game software — in such cases, the relevant game provider is responsible.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or sharing their login credentials with others.

After investigation, jeetbuz's decision will be considered final, provided that decision is made in accordance with these terms and the principle of fairness.
